Construction operator / software builder / AI pragmatist

Complex work deserves better tools.

Twenty years delivering construction projects. Four years writing software professionally. Now applying both to the parts of construction where judgment, risk, and information collide.

The arc

Built work. Built software. Back to work that lasts.

The recession created the space to learn software. The work stuck because systems, constraints, and execution were familiar territory. Construction pulled me back because built work remains visible after the launch window closes.

The useful edge now is not treating AI as theater. It is applying software and model workflows to construction problems where timing, risk, documentation, and local judgment matter.
